Transactions: Introducing a new categorization taxonomy

Access a new categorization taxonomy that’s optimized for personal financial management apps and tools, featuring 16 primary and 104 detailed categories. Expect an easier-to-work-with taxonomy able to provide higher-quality category predictions. The taxonomy is an optional integration, but we encourage you to test it out!

Reminder: Upgrade to the latest Link SDKs

To provide an optimal experience for your customers, upgrade to our latest SDKs. Android 3.7.1, iOS 2.4.0, and and React Native 7.3.0 are now available. Please note that we’ll no longer support any versions prior to Android 3.5, iOS 2.2.2, or React Native 7.1.1 after 11/1/22. Upgrade now!

Reminder: Migrate to the new Account Select pane

To give users even more control and transparency, the new account select pane will automatically be included in the Plaid Link flow starting March 31, 2022.
