Last Modified: March 21, 2022

Welcome to Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”, or “we”) PLAID FORUM! We’re thrilled that you will be joining us in San Francisco on May 19, 2022 at PLAID FORUM (the “Event”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) describe Plaid’s policies for the Event applicable to each person attending the event in person (“you” or “Attendee(s)”).  By attending or participating in the Event, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.  If you have any questions, please email plaidforum@plaid.com.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend the Event and any official related activities.

TICKETS

Each individual Attendee may reserve only one in-person ticket, which shall be for the one-day Event. A ticket is required to attend the Event.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Plaid reserves the right to decline any Event registrant at any given time. An Event registrant may be denied access to the Event for the following reasons (this is not an exhaustive list):  such Event Registrant’s registration was submitted (i) via a generic email address, (ii) by an unapproved vendor, (iii) by a Plaid competitor, (iv) or by any other registrant Plaid deems inappropriate or unacceptable, in its sole discretion. Upon check-in for the Event, each attendee will be required to show a valid Government ID. Plaid reserves the right to decline any attendee for any reason in its sole discretion.

COVID-19 POLICY AND PRECAUTIONS

Plaid Forum will follow all relevant COVID-19 regulations, including California State regulations, local government requirements, and any venue-specific requirements. These are being constantly reviewed and we will adjust these COVID-19 Policy & Precautions as necessary to match the latest medical advice and government regulations.

In addition, in order to attend the Event in person, Plaid is requiring each Attendee to submit proof of vaccination. Plaid will accept as proof of vaccination any vaccination certificate recognized by the World Health Organization that shows that the Attendee has received, at least 14 days prior to entering the Event, either the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Plaid will be using CrowdPass to track proof of vaccination documentation. Please submit a copy of your vaccination certificate to CrowdPass starting fourteen (14) days prior to the Event. Pre-uploading your vaccination certificate before arriving will speed up your journey onsite.

Upon uploading proof of vaccination or test results, you consent to allowing CrowdPass to process your information as needed to provide its services and as otherwise described in its privacy policy.

CANCELLATION

All cancellation requests, or requests for any information regarding cancellations, must be sent via email to plaidforum@regsvc.com

If you are no longer able to attend the in person Event, you can request to transfer your in person Event ticket until May 1, 2022. After that date, there will be no transfers allowed. To request a transfer of your ticket, please email plaidforum@regsvc.com.
