Time is money and this month’s updates are all about helping you make good use of your time by improving and automating admin workflows. With new updates that help you automate Transfer reconciliation reports, improved visibility in the Identity Verification dashboard to help fraud analysts streamline case review, and a new embedded search option in Link to streamline loan applications, we’ve been focused on helping you work faster, smarter, and focus on building what’s next for your business.

What’s new:
🔓Early access to Plaid’s Trust Index (Ti1): Ti1 is Plaid’s ML-powered fraud score that is the foundation of our fraud intelligence platform, Plaid Protect. Now, customers using Plaid Identity Verification (IDV) can access the Ti1 score right from their Dashboard to strengthen their fraud detection capabilities. Ti1 fuses advanced identity intelligence with network intelligence to produce a single, more insightful look into user risk.
🔍 Improved visibility and navigation in the IDV Dashboard: We’ve made two new improvements to the IDV dashboard, making it easier for teams to get quick user information and streamline case review for fraud analysts:
Intuitive top card: A snapshot of all customer information, including the Trust Index score, are now centralized at the top of a user timeline. Less scrolling and more insight.
Updated sidebar: Adjustments to the sidebar navigation make moving between users more seamless with the ability to prioritize based on the Ti1 score.

With Audit Logs, Premium Support customers can access a dedicated Dashboard view that tracks key actions such as setting changes, user additions, and API key generation, along with who performed them and when. You can now monitor 40+ actions to stay compliant, troubleshoot faster, and maintain control.
