As an Executive Assistant at Plaid, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and operational efficiency of our leaders and their teams. Success in this fast-paced environment requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and strategic priority management. This position is ideal for a team-player who is a highly motivated self-starter, ready to execute with precision and discretion in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support Partnership: Provide executive and administrative support to 2 Engineering leaders/teams
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
  • Relationship Development: Partner closely with leaders and teams both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal meetings and ensure agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
  • Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events
  • Travel Planning: Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination
  • Team Connection Logistics: Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events
  • Financial Administration: Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment
  • Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads
  • Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership
  • A motivated and resourceful self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity and think on their feet 
  • Agility and flexibility to quickly respond to changing priorities and proactivity in anticipating the needs of others
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and provide reliable, consistent support to colleagues and partners across the organization
$90,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year

The target base salary for this position ranges from $90,000/year to $114,000/year [Zone 1]. The target base salary will vary based on the job's location.

Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
