A Fresh Dashboard for Deeper Payments Insights in Europe

We’re excited to announce that a brand new Payments Dashboard is coming to all Plaid payments customers in Europe next month, built to make the lives of payments and operations teams easier.
From November, we’re rolling out a streamlined, consolidated dashboard that gives you clearer insights, smarter reporting and simpler operations—all in one place. The new dashboard helps you investigate payment issues faster, allows operations teams to self-serve, reconcile payments easily and deliver best in class service to your end customers. Whether you're tracking payments across Europe or the UK this new dashboard is built to support your scale.
What’s new?
Here’s what you’ll find in the new Payments Dashboard:
One view for all payments: No more switching between dashboards. View all Pay by Bank payments and Virtual Account details in a single, unified interface.
New summary & sweeping reports: Understand your cash position at a glance and get detailed insight into automated sweeping behaviour.
Advanced troubleshooting: Easily drill down by market, bank and payment type to find exactly what you need.
Transaction-level visibility: See the real-time state of every transaction, including pending, settled or failed payments. It also comes with clearer error messages and troubleshooting guidance.
Raise support tickets directly: Create a support ticket with pre-filled payment information, straight from the dashboard for faster resolution.
