Changelog - May 2019

Highlights from what we've been working on over the last month:

Plaid in the UK: We launched Transactions, Identity, Auth, Balance, and Assets in the UK, with support for the most popular banks and neobanks.

Plaid Direct: We launched our easy-to-use integration spec that enables apps and financial institutions to quickly become supported institutions in the Plaid data network.

Identity: We enhanced the /identity/get endpoint to now return account-level identity information within the ‘accounts’ object, where available.

API Version: We released API version 2019.05.29 to enable European institution coverage and provide nomenclature and schema updates required by Identity and future products.

Link iOS: We released LinkKit v1.1.19, which includes French and Spanish language support along with the ability to connect accounts from European institutions.

Sandbox: We made improvements to the Sandbox that enable you to customize the account data and test webhooks on demand.

System status page: In April, we released a new system status page in beta that displays the uptime of our three API environments. In July, we’ll replace the current system status page with the new page at status.plaid.com.
