The GTM Operations & Strategy team is responsible for productivity and performance improvements across our Go To Market Organisation (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Professional Services / Support, Partnerships, Sales Development)

The broader GTM Operations team operates in four closely connected teams: RevOps, Incentive Compensation, GTM Technology, and Enablement.

Enablement Team Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding - All new hires in GTM will go through an onboarding experience driven by the enablement team to set new Plaids up for success in their roles.

  • Product Enablement - Plaid’s product suite is expanding and rapidly evolving creating a critical need for to ensure our customer facing teams are equipped to bring those solutions to market.

  • Field Enablement - Partner closely with our revenue teams on strategic enablement initiatives targeted to the specific needs of our segments

  • Leadership and Skill Development across all teams

As a leader of the Revenue Enablement Team, you will architect and lead our enablement strategy across all customer facing teams at Plaid. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for accelerating productivity, improving execution quality, and helping our go-to-market organization scale during rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Plaid’s long-term Revenue Enablement strategy across all customer-facing functions

  • Build scalable onboarding and ramp programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires globally

  • Develop manager enablement programs that improve coaching quality, inspection rigor, and team performance

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to operationalize product launches, messaging, competitive positioning, and field readiness

  • Create and maintain repeatable sales methodologies, playbooks, discovery frameworks, and deal execution best practices

  • Drive ongoing skills development across enterprise sales, consultative selling, technical solutioning, negotiation, and executive communication

  • Build enablement infrastructure and operating systems, including content management, LMS strategy, certifications, AI-assisted learning workflows, and knowledge distribution

  • Establish a measurable enablement operating cadence with clear KPIs tied to ramp time, attainment, productivity, retention, and forecast accuracy

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to identify performance gaps and prioritize enablement investments based on business impact

  • Develop scalable communication strategies that improve alignment and reduce noise across the GTM organization

  • Lead and grow a high-performing enablement team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Revenue leadership on organizational readiness, productivity, and execution effectiveness

Qualifications

Must haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Revenue Productivity, GTM Strategy, or related functions within high-growth technology companies

  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs for complex, multi-product B2B organizations

  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product

  • Strong understanding of modern enterprise sales motions, including mid-market and strategic/enterprise GTM models

  • Proven experience building onboarding, manager enablement, and field readiness programs at scale

  • Exceptional program management and organizational leadership skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics and performance data to drive decisions and measure impact

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Experience implementing or scaling enablement technologies, LMS platforms, knowledge systems, and AI-enabled workflows

  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity

  • Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in fintech, infrastructure software, AI platforms, or developer-focused technology companies

  • Familiarity with usage-based or product-led GTM motions

  • Experience integrating AI tooling into enablement workflows, coaching, or knowledge management

  • Experience in a quota carrying role

Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
