Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Plaid’s Corporate Finance team leads company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders. We align financial goals with business objectives to support informed decision-making at the senior leadership and executive levels.

What excites us:

• 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in Corporate Finance, G&A support, or a broader FP&A role.

• An “act like an owner” mindset: you take initiative, follow through on commitments, and ask for guidance when needed. You’re eager to learn and take on more responsibility.

• A solid foundation in core FP&A activities, including month-end close, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting, with exposure to annual planning and a working knowledge of accounting principles.

• Strong analytical skills and experience building or maintaining financial models. You care about accuracy and enjoy understanding the business drivers behind the numbers.

• Clear communication and a collaborative approach, with the ability to explain findings, ask thoughtful questions, and build relationships with business partners.

• Curiosity about AI, automation, and process improvements, with an interest in developing systems skills. Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar FP&A tools is a plus.
