Plaid + Bridge

At Plaid, we’re focused on building technology that makes financial services better—and we believe design will play a major role in that effort.

Until recently, experiences with financial services have been marked by complexity. But, as banking experiences increasingly become digital, good design can fundamentally change that. And that’s where Plaid plays a key role. We’re helping people get paid faster by simplifying the direct deposit set up and also helping them spend, save, and invest more smartly by connecting their account to one of thousands of applications. From building out the Plaid Dashboard, where customers manage their usage of the Plaid API, to constantly improving Link the drop-in onboarding module, design is at the heart of everything we do.

With that in mind, we’re excited to share that we’ve partnered with Designer Fund for Bridge, a professional development program for exceptional designers, to further our commitment to transforming financial services through design. If you’re interested in learning more, check out the program here, and apply before March 1 for the Product Design Program, or before June 5 for the Communication Design Program.

Design can help fundamentally transform the financial lives of millions—but we’ve got a long way to go. We look forward to working with Bridge Fellows to help us get there.
