The Workplace Experience team's mission is to connect employees to the company and to other Plaids by creating exceptional spaces, events and programs. Our current Workplace Experience team is spread across multiple locations (San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City & London) and across multiple channels of Workplace: Operations and Services, Internal Events and Real Estate & Workplace Design.

What excites you

  • Assisting in identification, analysis, and execution of Real Estate transactions
  • Developing comprehensive workplace, lease, and space planning strategies based on short and long-term business needs
  • Leading identification and selection of contracted Project Managers, Architects, Designers, and Construction teams to develop and execute tenant improvements 
  • Developing and communicating clear business cases for all Real Estate projects to stakeholders and Executives
  • Managing to budget on all capital expenditures for construction and alterations of Plaid office spaces

What excites us

  • At least +10 years working in Real Estate & Workplace design
  • Experience managing & negotiating architecture, design, construction bidding processes for small/large renovations and office Fit-Out 
  • Experience in global real estate portfolio strategy and lease administration
  • Extensive experience with complex project management
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in commercial real estate, regulations, technologies, techniques and approaches space planning and workplace design
