Plaid  is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to support employee experience programs that range in recognition, onsite team events, comms, swag, and connection. This role supports a diverse set of projects and programs that enable the Plaid team to continue to grow, develop and foster a great company culture. 

What excites you:

  • Building a culture of recognition and appreciation through an organization’s swag program, internal communication and celebration initiatives
  • Running experiences that cultivate a vibrant and diverse work environment that attracts and retains top talent
  • Generating ideas for experiences and programs that are creative and out of the box
  • Being an internal ambassador for our culture, values, and principles 
  • Using data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee experience programs and provide recommendations to improve future programs 
  • Working cross functionally with internal partners in Brand, People Operations, DEIB, Learning & Development, and Communications to ensure our workplace culture and employee experience are cohesive and consistent

What excites us:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working on employee experience programs, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
  • Experience driving culture and employee experience for a hybrid workforce, delivering creative solutions to engage a distributed workforce
  • Experience excelling in an environment where tactical and strategic activities operate in parallel
  • Well-developed organizational skills, and flourish in an environment where you work on multiple projects simultaneously
