The mission of the Revenue Enablement team is to maximize employee performance by delivering learning experiences, tools, and processes that enable all Plaid Revenue and Support employees to do their best work, develop their skills, and drive business results. What excites you...

  • Project manage and organize programs, processes, content and tools across all enablement focus areas
  • Increase new hire time to productivity by managing new hire onboarding programming for Revenue and Support 
  • Support the development and execution of all enablement programs and initiatives
  • Build, maintain and update content in our content management and learning management platforms
  • Drive usage and adoption of Plaid’s enablement tools and techstack
  • Assist in designing and implementing a measurement strategy to track program impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility
