Plaid’s GTM Partnerships role represents the core “go to market” function of our channel Partnerships
team. This specific role will focus on Scaled Partnerships -that is, supporting the longtail of Plaid partners
(generally B2B2C or B2B2B infrastructure companies, like Marqeta or Stripe) that while small today, may
grow into the stars of tomorrow.
In this capacity, the candidate will build our scaled partner “program” from 0 to 1, and well beyond.
Success will require a mix of both strategic program management, as well as account management and
deal closing experience. This is initially an individual contributor role; however, strong performers may
have the opportunity to hire additional team members as the impact and demands of scaled partners
It’s expected that this candidate will work closely with other members of the GTM Partnerships team,
Product, Marketing, Partner Implementations, Finance, Legal, etc. Ability to drive complex cross-functional
workstreams is a must!
Successful candidates may have experience inboth account management and/or business development
roles; as well as more strategic experience (e.g., biz ops, product, top-tier consulting or finance, etc.).
