We're building our Recruiting Operations team to help create consistencies in our processes, and improve team efficiency at a global scale. We're looking for an analytical and results-driven manager who will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and guide change management across the organization. Aside from further building out your direct team, you'll create structure across our processes and work alongside recruiting leadership to set strategic directions for the greater recruiting team. 

What you'll do

  • Work with the recruiting leadership team to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
  • Manage the key systems, workflows, and documents regularly used by the team along with the analytics engine to measure team performance
  • Create, drive, and execute on a variety of projects, processes and programs that improve the effectiveness of our Recruiting team and process
  • Ensure the foundational infrastructure of process, tools, systems, and frameworks make our Recruiting team more predictable, efficient and scalable
  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports (and growing)

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Recruiting and Business leadership 
  • Someone who is self-motivated and self-directed, and likes to ship quickly 
  • Experience with systems migrations or consolidations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience at a global, scaling company
