We're building our Recruiting Operations team to help create consistency in our processes and improve team efficiency on a global scale. In this role, the Recruiting Operations Program Manager brings a unique blend of program and project management experience into a hyper-growth recruiting organization. You will help us scale through managing and building operational processes that bridge the gap between our Recruiting team and the functional teams we support and hire for.
We are seeking an expert in program management who can build mutually beneficial relationships with multiple stakeholders. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners across all of Recruiting, People, Business Operations, and DRI’s within functional areas of the company.
You are data-driven, able to identify top priorities and communicate focus to help us build highly efficient, simple, and scalable processes that impact global recruiting. As a skilled communicator, you have the ability to tailor information, content, and insights to a variety of audiences.
This role requires program management experience and strong leadership skills with proven experiences in managing through influence and strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
