We're building our Recruiting Operations team to help create consistency in our processes and improve team efficiency on a global scale. In this role, the Recruiting Operations Program Manager brings a unique blend of program and project management experience into a hyper-growth recruiting organization. You will help us scale through managing and building operational processes that bridge the gap between our Recruiting team and the functional teams we support and hire for.

We are seeking an expert in program management who can build mutually beneficial relationships with multiple stakeholders. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners across all of Recruiting, People, Business Operations, and DRI’s within functional areas of the company.

You are data-driven, able to identify top priorities and communicate focus to help us build highly efficient, simple, and scalable processes that impact global recruiting. As a skilled communicator, you have the ability to tailor information, content, and insights to a variety of audiences.

This role requires program management experience and strong leadership skills with proven experiences in managing through influence and strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to audit and improve processes to allow scale challenges that address year over year growth.
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies and knowledge-sharing resources that bring visibility to recruiting programs, processes, best practices, and outcomes, including owning content management through our internal channels.
  • Facilitating relationships between teams, moving initiatives forward, finding resources, raising concerns to appropriate owners early, and resolving open issues that prevent progress.
  • Holding the line when schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships.
  • Seeing around corners, ID’ing roadblocks and obstacles early.
  • This role will support and influence cross-functional teams and manage shifting priorities.

What Excites Us:

  • 6+ years of related program or project management experience, with a focus on Recruiting Operations, Workforce Planning, HR, Systems, or other employee-support functions.
  • Communication skills in interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Experience communicating with data to drive change.
  • A track record of operating independently with minimum supervision, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • Consultative skills in identifying strategic initiatives/opportunities and driving to successful implementation and resolution.
  • Understanding of a Project Lifecycle and how to use project management methodologies including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • An ability to adopt and leverage new technology.
