The Recruiting Operations team drives and supports the entire surface area and backbone of Recruiting at Plaid, which includes data analytics, programs, processes and technologies that support our company’s goal to hire the best talent.
As a Recruiting Data Analyst, you'll build and own our data analytics with the goal of driving performance, capacity planning, and recruiting process effectiveness. You will link Plaid's business, recruiters and systems together to tell our recruiting story alongside the talent-leadership team using a data-driven approach. We are looking for a team member who can develop reports and surface insights that guide better hiring decisions, candidate experience, and overall recruiting outcomes.
You are a Recruiting Analytics expert, who thrives on building-out business-critical Talent Acquisition reports, dashboards, visualizations, data models, templates, and documentation. You enjoy influencing the business by creatively exploring & using data to inform our decisions by providing recommended business strategies for improving operational efficiency for a global team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
You will also lead projects with a Talent Analytics focus to build a foundation of capabilities for the TA Team that educate and empower them with advanced analytic methods and insights. For example, you are a person who loves to design and automate self-service dashboards to ensure our leadership has easy access to the right information when monitoring organizational health and making talent decisions.
