The People Operations team is focused on creating an amazing team member experience. We strive to create the environment where our team does their best work and focuses on the core components of their jobs. We are looking for a HR generalist to join our amazing Global People Operations Team.

What Excites Us

  • 3-5 years of experience working in People Operations
  • Problem solver - Creative and likes to solve problems
  • Data driven - Has worked on data quality, data integrity and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to represent People Operations and partner with cross functional teams
  • Experience working on systems integrations and administration such as Workday/ADP
  • Project Management experience (e.g., implementing change management projects, new services or tools).
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive impactful results

What Excites You

  • Serve as a representative of the People Operations team as we implement Workday
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees with confidentiality
  • Manage and ensure quality and integrity for all data changes within our HRIS
  • Report on people data from multiple systems and for multiple business partners
  • Lead the RFP and procurement process for new tools
  • Mentor other members of the People Operations team
  • Be a trusted partner to cross functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth and consistent process
  • Collaborate with the People team on many initiatives: onboarding, offboarding, systems, data, payroll, mobility, immigration, total rewards, performance management, employee relations and more
  • Ensure we are compliant with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
