The People Team team is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist. In this position, you’ll manage company-wide programs used to assess, develop and retain Plaid’s talent as well as strengthen Plaid’s organizational effectiveness and culture. You’ll work in our ‘POD-team’, aka the People and Organizational Development team. Our goal is to make working at Plaid the highlight of every Plaid’s career.

What excites you...

  • Help build and scale our growing People and Organizational Development team
  • You’ll lead the design of our performance management approach as well as the day-to-day program management of this program.
  • You’ll help refine Plaid’s talent management strategy. We want to improve our talent programs in a way that they support our hyper growth, strengthen our culture and DEIB initiatives, and continue to improve our employee experience.
  • You’ll support the launch and design of talent management initiatives like talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Deliver training and facilitate meetings to help Plaid’s to get the most out of talent management programs.
  • You can have a big impact by defining what performance management looks like for a scaling company like Plaid.

What excites us...

  • ~6 years experience in a People, L&D, Organizational development or related role.
  • Experience and expertise about performance management and talent management programs. Preferably experience leading these programs in a hyper growth environment.
  • Project management capability; experience in leading project teams to achieving outstanding results.
  • You have an analytical mind, you get excited about working with data, and improving systems and processes.
  • Affinity with organizational development, talent management, and corporate culture and learning
  • Analytical skills; the ability to look at complex projects, lots of information and opinions, draw conclusions and present logical recommendations.
  • Experience of working with Workday and other talent management systems.
  • Effective collaborator
