Plaid’s Total Rewards Team is focused on building the programs, process, infrastructure, and analytics to ensure global rewards and recognition at Plaid are positioned competitively and aligned with our internal values. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team and support compensation programs, partner with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure our compensation practices are attracting and retaining top talent at Plaid. 

What Excites You

  • 2+ years in a total rewards or analytics role at a high-growth tech company
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex work in a clear and concise manner across a variety of audiences
  • Expert excel and presentation skills 
  • Bonus points for experience with Workday or Radford

  • Help improve our existing compensation data, analytics, and processes
  • Responding to compensation-related requests from Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters and providing analytics to drive strategic decision making
