We are growing quickly in North America and Europe, and looking for an experienced leader to join our executive team and drive the development and execution of the global people strategy in support of Plaid’s next phase of growth. 




Key responsibilities

  • Managing + mentoring POD-Team
  •  Shape, influence and lead an evolving People & Org. development function at a hyper Growth companyDefine and implement People Development strategy at Plaid: includes leadership-, manager-, IC/Skill-, Career and team development
  •  Define and implement Talent Management programs in partnership with HRBP lead, programs like: Performance management, Employee engagement, Succession Planning, and Talent reviews
  •  Define/Implement a new Plaid onboarding program
  •  Guide, mentor and develop a high performing team - continue to scale the team based on business objectives
  • Supporting Business leaders & managers
  •  Thought partner for business leaders in establishing strong learning cultures in their teams Leadership coachingSupport Xfunctional work on our People team
  •  Partner with people team/leads to support key HR programsHelp us scale our best-in-class People team

The candidate

  • Scaled a People & Organizational Development team to support employee population to 2k+.
  • Thought leadership on talent management, performance management, manager development and leadership development
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performance teams. Must have managed managers, not just IC’s
  • Experience in a public company or IPO experience
  • Strong org design experience
  • Data-driven: uses data analysis to help solve problems and utilize data and report to influence stakeholders to drive action
  • Managed and redesigned performance cycles and employee engagement surveys
