The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team is a small team tasked with building a team of diverse perspectives, where our authenticity is celebrated and everyone has an equal opportunity to grow and impact our mission. We partner across the People organization, with our Plaid Community Groups (ERGs), our Legal team, and eventually will partner with functions on DEIB initiatives.

We’re looking for a DEIB Program Manager to partner closely with our Recruiting team. As one of our first DEIB Program Managers, you’ll be expected to lead multiple, complex programs from 0-1. You’ll be called upon to help establish the foundations for our DEIB team at Plaid to ensure its long-term success and sustainability.

  • Building internal processes and managing programs that make a meaningful impact on representation
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously, and making the tough calls when needed
  • Turning incomplete or ambiguous inputs into action plans

  • 3-5 years experience developing programs aimed at recruiting talent from diverse backgrounds
  • Passion for serving under-represented communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships 
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced
