  • Drive execution of the GTM plans that you develop, working across functions, anticipating needs and resource gaps, and developing positioning, narrative, and other materials to enable successful launch and scaling of new products.
  • Develop a strong point of view on the evolving ecosystem and our future roadmap, working closely with Partnerships, Policy, and other relevant stakeholders to assess the ecosystem holistically.
  • Influence cross-functionally across Product, Design, Sales, and Growth to drive alignment on GTM strategy, narrative, and priorities.

  • Experience in fintech and/or financial services; excitement about open finance and open banking.
  • Experience with, and passion for, both product strategy and GTM strategy & execution; comfortable getting deep on product details while also going deep with in-market teams on partner/market needs.
  • Strong presence and verbal communicator – comfortable leading through influence and working seamlessly across functions, as well as engaging with leaders at Plaid’s industry/banking partners.
  • Outstanding written communication skills – comfortable developing marketing and sales collateral, distilling complex information, as well as articulating our strategy with internal stakeholders (e.g. business cases, strategic analyses.)
  • Highly analytical – comfortable working with data, evaluating ROI, reviewing dashboards, clearly scoping data asks to technical counterparts.
  • Thoughtful strategic thinker with a bias for action and a creative mind; comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Desire to engage deeply with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
