It is also the fastest growing team within Plaid and is foundational to Plaid’s long-term strategy.
An important goal for the Financial Access team is to expand access to all types of accounts that people use. Now, as more people utilize accounts from a variety of traditional and new institutions, Plaid is committed to ensuring that all types of accounts can connect to the apps people want to use, including newer digital banks.
This expanded connectivity ensures people, regardless of service provider, are able to put their financial information to work across more services - from payments and lending to budgeting and saving. The ability to permission data from fintech accounts to other services also provides great choice and access to services for the underbanked. This opens the door for more users to connect to our customers’ services and helps our customers deliver expanded functionality and value to users.
As a Product Marketer for Financial Access, your job is to drive adoption of Plaid Exchange products with fintech companies to help people easily share data with other apps and services. You will deeply understand fintech company pain points, partner with the product team to develop data access solutions that help fintechs and their customers, create compelling narratives, and develop effective go-to-market approaches.
This role is highly visible within Plaid and is perfect for a creative problem solver who loves finding product market fit for early stage products and thrives in fast-moving and fast-growing environments. You’ll act as a general manager, working with multiple cross-functional teams - product, engineering, sales, growth marketing, Financial Access leadership, and many more teams - to drive adoption of these products.
