Plaid’s Legal Team works at the intersection of technology, law and financial services. Our work helps Plaid build delightful and innovative products, make better decisions, understand and manage risks, and creatively navigate challenges, both external and internal.
We’re looking for a Patent Paralegal to join our Legal Team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our IP counsel and vibrant community of innovators to help build and run Plaid’s Innovation Program. You’ll operate not only as a patent paralegal, but also as a trusted partner for our IP counsel and business and have the opportunity to shape our innovation culture. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented paralegal with a strong baseline of patent paralegal experience along with experience within a corporate IP department. Experience with patent data and business reporting and the administration of IP awards is helpful, but not required, for you to be successful in this role.
