Plaid’s UK & Europe team is looking for a customer-obsessed Technical Account Manager to join our rapidly scaling team in London. In this position, you will be part of the “startup within a startup” that’s growing the future of fintech for the UK & European markets. You will be responsible for working with customers large and small to solve problems and ensure successful outcomes. As part of the Growth team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate where Plaid can solve problems, and help drive Plaid’s product roadmap.
