The Financial Access organization expands and enriches connections between Plaid and its partners to create a foundation for products that enable people to have healthier financial lives. When Plaid began, we focused on connecting with traditional institutions in the geographies where we operated. These connections enabled people to easily find and link their financial institution to the fintech apps and services they desired. As consumer adoption of fintech has exploded, people increasingly want to connect their financial accounts to other digital financial services.
Plaid is looking for a Partnerships leader for our Universal Data Access initiative. This person will lead the team that works to ensure people can connect all types of accounts - from neobanks to crypto to credit unions and beyond - to the services they want to use.
As a member of the Financial Access leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping Plaid’s strategy and position in the industry, identify and implement features that expedite the digital roadmaps of partners, and help shape Plaid’s open finance strategy.
