Our Technical Program Management (TPM) team plays an important role in driving high-quality and timely execution across our most ambitious and aggressive company goals. Our TPMs are technically adept and partner directly with product and engineering functions to align and mobilize teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also laying the foundations for the TPM practice at Plaid.
You’ll shape the vision for the TPM function, collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to define a long-term roadmap and staffing for TPMs, drive the team’s execution of that roadmap, and provide hands-on coaching to your team.
If you have demonstrated experience leading TPM teams that deliver highly scalable and reliable technology solutions, along with a strong track record of partnering closely with product managers and engineering teams, we’d love to talk to you!
