We believe the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and infrastructure developers need to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo and SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 11,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Salt Lake City, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.
We believe that financial freedom includes all types of financial information, especially when it comes to how credit is determined. Our Credit product allows consumers seeking loans to verify their income by connecting people with their payroll providers. We want to help change how credit is determined so that those without access to traditional credit scores can access the funds they need. Our Workforce Integrations team is responsible for building out those direct connections to payroll data that make this product possible.
As a member of our Workforce Integrations team, you will be guiding the technical vision of the team, increasing build speed, defining the architecture for the Workforce product team and assisting in the architecting of the Credit product at large. You will be working with a fast-moving team of engineers within two organizations to prioritize and build scalable, quality architecture.
You will be also be responsible for helping to train and mentor your fellow teammates. Additionally, as an architecture representative, you will work with engineers across Plaid to build out a scalable, quality product - both at the Plaid level and at your team’s level.
We're guided by our principles, including impact, growing together, embracing openness and positivity, and inventing tomorrow; we're looking for people motivated by those same principles.
If you are looking for the fast track to impact, this is it! We will need you to dive right in.
