The Internal Platform team’s mission is to empower everyone at Plaid to innovate quickly and responsibly as we scale the business significantly over the next decade. We build the infrastructure and tools to ensure that Plaid’s services are highly reliable, our developers are able to build and operate their services rapidly and safely, and we operate Plaid services in a cost-effective way.
In this role, you will help define the technical strategy of the entire Internal Platform org, and be responsible for delivering on the key strategic initiatives. You will directly lead some of the most impactful and complex initiatives, and guide a team of senior engineers in building excellent technical solutions. You will collaborate with technical and product leaders across the entire company to define the long term architecture, as well as processes to support the scale of our business over the next decade.
