TechOps’ mission is to ensure our employees can perform to the best of their ability by reducing the friction of issues and being to proactively squash friction amongst our highly evolving org structure and within the team.

Plaid is hiring a TechOps Engineer that will be hands-on working with team members to do everything from troubleshooting a potential G-Suite issue to debugging provisioning issues with Apple laptops, all while helping to keep our office networks and other corporate infrastructure running smoothly.  The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working on all the things that companies rely on to get work done when in the office or working remotely.

This person will help participate in our on-call rotation, be able to identify issues with our processes and introduce solutions to optimize the teams operations
