About our team
The design team at Plaid is made up of service designers, interaction designers, writers, visual designers and researchers who collaborate with our peers in marketing, product management and engineering to create Plaid’s market defining products.

What you will do
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to define and grow our product suite for our Enterprise Customers. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll be responsible for designing the products for this core segment. From needs finding , prototyping and pitching solutions to delivering high-quality design across a variety of platforms.

  • Creating delightful and easy- to-use experiences that meet the needs for our Enterprise Customer, Consumers, and Financial institutions alike
  • Working on an embedded team and closely collaborating with cross functional partners across Engineering, Product, User Research and Marketing
  • Working with our top Enterprise Customers to gather insights and assess market trends to drive the ideation and development of new and existing features
  • Working across a breadth of platform;  designing products across our Developers and Consumer facing experiences
  • Working with a great team of designers and contributing to our design culture through collaboration, presenting work, and sharing feedback
  • Opportunity to mentor other designers within the team

What excites us

  • 5+  years of experience in creating and shipping quality digital products
  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, as well as an articulate point of view about design
  • A diverse set of tools to uncover and communicate opportunities and solutions to our Enterprise Customers 
  • Proven record of collaboration to support and influence the team’s direction, vision, and planning of deliverables
  • Solid understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs
  • Ability to tie designs to business needs, goals, and metrics
  • Having a divergent exploratory process with the ability to communicate trade-offs
  • Producing high-quality work from prototypes, pitch decks,  wireframes, user flows to pixel perfect design with delightful interactions
  • Relevant experience in API products, financial technology industry or financial Identity related products is a plus
