The research team is a close collaborator with our cross-functional partners to create and refine Plaid’s products, particularly close in partnership to brand, design system, and product designers.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced researcher to join our team, focused on establishing a relationship with consumers and customers, and identifying the areas where Plaid has opportunities to bring additional value to people’s financial lives. You will help us define our products by bringing research insights to life for product and design partners, stakeholders across go-to-market teams, and those interfacing with financial institutions. You will be helping Plaid make the financial ecosystem accessible for everyone.
