The design team at Plaid is made up of product designers, design systems designers, brand designers, researchers, and content strategists who work with our cross-functional partners to create Plaid’s products & services, and deepen Plaid’s understanding of the world around it.
What you’ll do
The Head of Research & Insights will own the conversation around how Plaid can deepen its knowledge of the various constituencies its serves, and deliver even better products and services that are squarely based on their needs. This is an opportunity to come in and continue to scale the R&I team, define and establish best working processes and practices, and think up ways for the work of the team to exert greater influence over what Plaid does from both a product and company strategy perspective. You’ll also get to contribute to the cultural growth of a rapidly scaling team, forming a key part of the Design leadership team.
