The BizOps team is focused on solving some of Plaid's most pressing business issues. We are a team of individuals with complementary skill sets. You will work collaboratively across Go-To-Market, Product, and Ops teams on a variety of strategic initiatives with a direct and quantifiable impact on our P&L. You will identify actionable insights, assess their impact, and lead execution & implementation. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Supporting the development of sales incentive compensation strategy and operations
  • Supporting the design of sales compensation plans that attract, retain and motivate top talent in the B2B industry while aligning incentives with the broader business objectives of the company
  • Driving revenue and company goal attainment through creative sales compensation strategies
  • Working alongside executives in stakeholder functions as you build and communicate best-in-class compensation plans 
  • Bringing structure to complex problems, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and developing solutions to build compelling recommendations and influence decision making
  • Driving ongoing process improvements and automation
  • Managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving change management

  • 2+ years of experience supporting successful incentive compensation programs and teams
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical horsepower 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to synthesize, simplify, and explain complex problems to different types of audiences
  • Strong ability to think critically and problem solve, balancing on-the-ground operations with the long-term strategy
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
