The Mid-Market Account Management team at Plaid works closely with our early stage companies that have grown the fastest on our platform. You will be responsible for building deep relationships with the executive and product teams within your portfolio companies, and for helping those customers become top 50 Plaid customers. The Mid-Market Account Management team acts as partners, advisors, and advocates for our customers. By leveraging deep technical, product, and industry knowledge, we help our customers build and scale amazing applications that become the future of fintech.
Plaid is looking for experienced customer-facing professionals to manage and grow Plaid’s relationships with high-growth Mid-Market customers. The right candidate has the ability to build strong partnerships with their customers, develop a deep understanding of their priorities, motives and key drivers, is solutions oriented, and has demonstrated success owning and growing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
You will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them create the applications that will empower businesses and consumers with their financial data.
